दोस्तों, इस आर्टिकल में मैं आपको  'नया आधार कार्ड कैसे बनाये' के बिषय में बताने जा  रहा हूँ आशा है आप इसे पसंद करेंगे।  

भारत सरकार के नियमानुसार हम सभी भारतीय नागरिको के पास अपना आधार कार्ड होना अनिवार्य है ! जिसके पास नहीं है वे अपना आधार सेवा केंद्र से नया आधार बनवा सकते है। जिनका नाम, उम्र तथा पता गलत है वे  आधार सेवा केंद्र पर जा कर सुधरवा सकते हैं। आधार कार्ड  के बिना आप सरकारी सेवा का लाभ नहीं उठा सकते।  अतः हम सभी भारतीयो का यह कर्तव्य और अधिकार है की हम अपने स्वेच्छा से आधार कार्ड  बनवा ले  ताकि भविष्य में सरकारी योजनाओ का लाभ उठाने में कोई असुविधा न हो। 

आधार सेवा केंद्र 

आधार दुनिया की सबसे बड़ी बायोमेट्रिक आईडी प्रणाली है। विश्व बैंक के मुख्य अर्थशास्त्री पॉल रोमर ने आधार को "दुनिया का सबसे परिष्कृत आईडी कार्यक्रम" बताया। निवास का प्रमाण और नागरिकता का प्रमाण नहीं माना जाता है, आधार भारत में अधिवास के लिए कोई अधिकार प्रदान नहीं करता है। जून 2017 में, गृह मंत्रालय ने स्पष्ट किया कि आधार नेपाल और भूटान की यात्रा करने वाले भारतीयों के लिए एक वैध पहचान दस्तावेज नहीं है।

मेरा आधार, मेरी पहचान

भारतीय विशिष्ट पहचान प्राधिकरण (UIDAI) ने निवासियों के लिए सभी आधार सेवाओं के लिए सिंगल डेस्टिनेशन के रूप में विशिष्ट ‘आधार सेवा केंद्र’  की स्थापना की है। 

आधार सेवा केंद्र परियोजना के पहले चरण में, UIDAI ने भारत के 53 शहरों में 114 आधार सेवा केंद्र स्थापित करने की योजना बनाई है। इनमें सभी मेट्रो शहरों, सभी राज्यों की राजधानियों और केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों में समर्पित केंद्र शामिल हैं। एएसके पहले से ही बैंकों, डाकघरों, बीएसएनएल और राज्य सरकारों द्वारा चलाए जा रहे 35,000 से अधिक आधार केंद्रों पर चलेगा।

'आधार सेवा केंद्र' पर उपलब्ध सेवाएँ

आधार सेवा केंद्र निवासियों को एक आरामदायक वातानुकूलित वातावरण प्रदान करता है। सभी "आधार सेवा केंद्र" व्हील-चेयर फ्रेंडली हैं और बुजुर्गों या विशेष-विकलांगों की सेवा के लिए विशेष प्रावधान हैं। 'आधार सेवा केंद्र' सप्ताह के सभी 7 दिनों में सुबह 9:30 बजे से शाम 5:30 बजे तक खुला रहता है। (आईएसटी)।

निम्नलिखित सेवाओं के लिए किसी भी सुविधाजनक सेवा केंद्र पर जाएँ:

• आधार नामांकन
• उनके आधार में किसी भी जनसांख्यिकीय जानकारी का अद्यतन - नाम, पता, लिंग, जन्म तिथि, मोबाइल नंबर या ईमेल आईडी
• उनके आधार में बायोमेट्रिक डेटा का अद्यतन - फोटो, फ़िंगरप्रिंट और आइरिस स्कैन
• आधार डाउनलोड और प्रिंट करें
• ये सेवाएँ भारत के किसी भी निवासी (NRI सहित) के लिए देश भर के किसी भी आधार सेवा केंद्र पर उपलब्ध हैं।

आधार सेवाओं के लिए ऑनलाइन अपॉइंटमेंट 

आधार सेवा केंद्र परियोजना के साथ, यूआईडीएआई ने निवासियों के लिए ऑनलाइन अपॉइंटमेंट बुकिंग सुविधा शुरू की। सभी यूआईडीएआई द्वारा संचालित आधार सेवा केंद्र ऑनलाइन अपॉइंटमेंट प्रणाली का पालन करते हैं जहां कोई भी निवासी आधार नामांकन के लिए अपॉइंटमेंट बुक कर सकता है या किसी भी सुविधाजनक एएसके में अपडेट कर सकता है।

कोई भी निवासी https://appointments.uidai.gov.in/bookappointment.aspx से अपने लिए या परिवार के किसी सदस्य के लिए अपॉइंटमेंट बुक कर सकता है। यह एक निशुल्क सेवा है, जहां एक निवासी को आधार पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर की आवश्यकता नहीं है। हालांकि, एक निवासी एक महीने में अधिकतम 4 अपॉइंटमेंटस कर सकता है।

बैंकों, डाकघरों, राज्य सरकार के कार्यालयों और बीएसएनएल केंद्रों में उपलब्ध अन्य आधार केंद्रों को भी ऑनलाइन नियुक्ति प्रणाली में शामिल किया जा रहा है।

आधार सेवा केंद्र में सेवा प्रक्रिया

आधार सेवा केंद्र उन निवासियों के लिए एक ऑनलाइन अपॉइंटमेंट मैनेजमेंट सिस्टम (AMS) का पालन करता है, जो आधार सेवा केंद्र में चलने वाले निवासियों के लिए 'आधार सेवा केंद्र' और एक स्वचालित टोकन मैनेजमेंट सिस्टम (TMS) पर जाने से पहले अपनी अपॉइंटमेंट बुक करना चुनते हैं। दिन के लिए आखिरी टोकन रोजाना शाम 5:30 बजे दिया जाता है

प्रत्येक आधार सेवा केंद्र में एक संचालन प्रबंधक और एक केंद्र प्रबंधक होता है। यदि किसी निवासी को कोई शिकायत है, तो वे इनमें से किसी से भी संपर्क कर सकते हैं। इसके अलावा, आप 1947 पर कॉल कर UIDAI सहायता केंद्र के बारे में जानकारी प्राप्त कर सकते हैं या ईमेल पर help@uidai.gov.in लिख सकते हैं।

आधार सेवा केंद्र में आधार सेवाओं के लिए शुल्क

• आधार नामांकन: मुफ़्त
• बच्चों के लिए अनिवार्य बॉयोमीट्रिक अपडेट (5 वर्ष और 15 वर्ष की आयु): मुफ़्त
• जनसांख्यिकी अद्यतन के साथ या बिना कोई बायोमेट्रिक अपडेट *: ₹ 100 
• निवासियों द्वारा केवल जनसांख्यिकी अद्यतन *:  ₹ 50
• आधार और रंगीन प्रिंट डाउनलोड करें:  ₹ 30

Friends, in this article I'm going to tell you about 'How to make a new Aadhaar Card, hope you will like it. 

According to the rules of the Government of India, all Indian citizens must have their Aadhaar card. Those who do not have their Aadhaar facility can get a new Aadhaar built. Those whose name, age and address are wrong can be corrected by visiting Aadhaar Facilitation Center. Without Aadhaar card you cannot avail government service. Therefore, it is the duty and right of all of us Indians to voluntarily get our Aadhaar cards made so that there is no inconvenience in availing government schemes in future.

Aadhaar is the world's largest biometric ID system. World Bank Chief Economist Paul Romer described Aadhaar as "the most sophisticated ID programme in the world". Considered a proof of residence and not a proof of citizenship, Aadhaar does not itself grant any rights to domicile in India. In June 2017, the Home Ministry clarified that Aadhaar is not a valid identification document for Indians travelling to Nepal and Bhutan.

Mera Aadhaar, Meri Pahchaan

The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) has set up exclusive ‘Aadhaar Seva Kendra’(ASK) as a single stop destination for all Aadhaar services for the residents. 

In the first phase of the Aadhaar Seva Kendra project, UIDAI plans to set up 114 Aadhaar Seva Kendra across 53 cities in India. These include dedicated centres in all metro cities, all state capitals and Union Territories. The ASK will run along with over 35,000 Aadhaar Kendra already being run by banks, post offices, BSNL and state governments.

Aadhaar Services available at Aadhaar Seva Kendra

Aadhaar Seva Kendra offer a comfortable air conditioned environment to residents. All ASK are wheel-chair friendly and have special provisions to service the elderly or specially-abled. ASK are open all 7 days of the week from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (IST).

Visit any convenient Aadhaar Seva Kendra for the following services:

Aadhaar Enrolment

• Update of any Demographic Information in their Aadhaar - Name, Address, Gender, Date of Birth, Mobile number or Email Id
• Update of Biometric data in their Aadhaar – Photo, Fingerprints and Iris Scans
• Download & Print Aadhaar
• These services are available for any resident of India (including NRIs) at any Aadhaar Seva Kendra across the country.

Online appointment for Aadhaar Services

Along with the Aadhaar Seva Kendra project, UIDAI launched the online appointment booking facility for residents. All UIDAI-run Aadhaar Seva Kendra follow the online appointment system where any resident can book an appointment for Aadhaar enrolment or update at any convenient ASK.

Any resident can book an appointment for themselves or a family member from https://appointments.uidai.gov.in/bookappointment.aspx . This is a free of cost service where a resident does not require Aadhaar registered mobile number. However, one resident can book a maximum of 4 appointments in a month.

Other Aadhaar Kendras available in Banks, Post offices, State Government offices and BSNL Centres are also being on-boarded to the Online Appointment System.

Service Process at Aadhaar Seva Kendra

The ASK follow an online Appointment Management System (AMS) for residents who choose to book their appointment prior to visiting the ASK and an automated Token Management System (TMS) for the walk-in residents at the ASK. The last token for the day is given at 5:30 pm everyday

Aadhaar Seva Kendra

Each Aadhaar Seva Kendra has an Operations Manager and a Centre Manager. In case, any resident has any grievance, they can contact either of these. Further, residents can also reach UIDAI Help Centre at 1947 or write to help@uidai.gov.in .

Charges for Aadhaar Services at ASK

• Aadhaar Enrolment: FREE
• Mandatory Biometric update for kids (at age 5 and 15 years): FREE
• Any Biometric update with or without Demographic Update*: ₹ 100
• Only Demographic update* by residents: ₹ 50
• Download Aadhaar & Coloured Print: ₹ 30

Note : Update of more than one field on single instance will be considered as one update
