आज का दौर तकनीक का है और अधिकांश लोगों को यह पता नहीं होता कि मैट्रिक (10th ) एवं इंटरमीडिएट (10+2) या फिर ग्रेजुएशन के बाद क्या करें, जिससे हमें एक अच्छी जॉब हांसिल हो। आपको जानकारी के लिए मैं बताना चाहूंगा कि कई तकनीकी/प्रोफेशनल या वोकेशनल कोर्सेज ओपन यूनिवर्सिटी सिस्टम और रेगुलर यूनिवर्सिटी सिस्टम या फिर डिस्टेंस एजुकेशन प्रणाली से देश की तमाम मान्यता प्राप्त सरकारी यूनिवर्सिटीज द्वारा सर्टिफिकेट कोर्सेज के तौर पर संचालित किये जाते हैं। प्रायः इनकी अवधि कुछ सप्ताह से लेकर एक वर्ष तक की होती है। इनमें एडमिशन पाना आसान होता है, बल्कि फीस भी प्राइवेट संस्थानों की तुलना में नगण्य सी ही होती है। इस ब्लॉग में ऐसे कुछ सर्टिफिकेट कोर्सेज के बारे में बताने का प्रयास किया गया है।
सर्टिफिकेट इन कंप्यूटर ऍप्लिकेशन:
कंप्यूटर साक्षरता के बिना आज के दौर में जॉब्स पाना लगभग नामुमकिन ही होता जा रहा है। यह कोर्स घर बैठे कंप्यूटर के विविध इस्तेमाल के बारे में पर्याप्त जानकारी प्रदान करता है। दक्षता या प्रवीणता हासिल करने के लिए कंप्यूटर प्रैक्टिस करते रहना ही एकमात्र विकल्प है। इस कोर्स की अवधि 6 माह है। यह कोर्स बहुत ही कम फीस में डिपार्टमेंट ऑफ डिस्टेंस एजुकेशन, पंजाब यूनिवर्सिटी, पटियाला, IGNOU, New Delhi, Directorate of Distance Education, Kurukchetra University etc.. से किया जा सकता है।
सर्टिफिकेट कोर्स इन कंप्यूटर (C ++/JAVA ):
जैसा कि हम सब जानते है कि कंप्यूटर साक्षरता के बिना आज के दौर में जॉब्स पाना लगभग नामुमकिन ही होता जा रहा है। इन दोनों ही कोर्सेज की अवधि 6-6 माह हैं। जो छात्र एवं छात्राएं साइंस से नहीं 10+2 किये हैं वो भी इस पाठ्क्रम में नामांकन करवा सकती हैं। Distance Education Centre, Shri Padmawati Women University, Tirupati से यह कोर्स किया जा सकता है।
सर्टिफिकेट कोर्स इन ऑटो कैड:
यह कोर्स सिविल इंजीनियरिंग में दिचस्पी रखने वाले लोगों के लिए बहुत ही उपयोगी है 6 माह कि अवधि का यह कोर्स पेरियार इंस्टिट्यूट ऑफ़ डिस्टेंस एजुकेशन, पेरियार यूनिवर्सिटी ,पेरियार द्वारा संचालित किया जाता है।
सर्टिफिकेट कोर्स इन (साइबर लॉ /डिजास्टर मैनेजमेंट / ह्यूमन राइट्स / एनवायरनमेंट अवेयरनेस ):
Directorate of Distance Education, Sasatra University, Thamjapur में ये सभी कोर्सेज संचालित किये हैं। इनमें से प्रत्येक की अवधि 6 माह है। ध्यान रहे कि ये इंट्रोडक्ट्री कोर्सेज हैं। इनके बाद हाई लेवल के कोर्सेज करने के बाद ही इन क्षेत्रों में बढ़िया करियर बनाया जा सकता है।
सर्टिफिकेट कोर्स इन इंग्लिश फॉर कम्युनिकेशन:

इस कोर्स में पत्रकारिता की बेसिक जानकारी और बुनियादी पहलुओं के बारे में सैद्धांतिक और व्यवहारिक जानकारी दी जाती है। फैकल्टी ऑफ़ डिस्टेंस एजुकेशन, तिलक महाराष्ट्र विधापीठ , पुणे में यह प्रमुख कोर्स उपलब्ध है।
सर्टिफिकेट कोर्स इन सॉफ्ट स्किल्स एंड पर्सनालिटी डेवलपमेंट:
यह कोर्स सभी युवाओं के लिए अति महत्वपूर्ण है जॉब इंटरव्यू में इसका खास स्थान है सामाजिक जीवन में भी सॉफ्ट स्किल्स और पर्सनालिटी डेवलपमेंट जैसे गुणों का विशेष मह्त्व होता है। यह कोर्स बहुत ही कम फीस में डिपार्टमेंट ऑफ डिस्टेंस एजुकेशन, पंजाब यूनिवर्सिटी, पटियाला से 6 माह अवधि में पूरा किया जा सकता है।

स्वरोजगार की दृष्टि से इस कोर्स को युवाओं के लिए काफी उपयोगी माना गया है। यह कोर्स सिर्फ तीन सप्ताह की अवधि का है। यह कोर्स सेंटर फॉर डिस्टेंस एजुकेशन, नार्थ ईस्टर्न हिल यूनिवर्सिटी, शिलॉन्ग में उपलब्ध है।

Certificate Course in (Cyber Law / Disaster Management / Human Rights / Environment Awareness):
All these courses are conducted in the Directorate of Distance Education, Sasatra University, Thamjapur. The duration of each of these is 6 months. Keep in mind that these are introductory courses. After these, only after doing high level courses, a good career can be made in these fields.
Certificate Course in English for Communication:
For the youth who want to speak English fluently, who wish to strengthen the foundation of English, this course can be very useful for the youth.
