SWOT
The SWOT analysis is a recognized tool to identify an organization, department, product, or service’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
- Strengths : Ask yourself, what is it a good act these are your Strengths.
- Weaknesses: What can we do better these are your Weaknesses.
- Opportunities: How can we grow, change and improve these are your Opportunities.
- Threats: What is happening or good happen or internally and externally that might affect negatively these are Threats.
SWOT Analysis: It involves listing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats facing your firm, division, functional area, or other aspects of your organization, products, or services.

In General Strengths:
- Extremely progressive Management & Vision (Ideology).
- Consistent Growth in Key areas (Value Education, Academics, CCA, Games, Value for money)
- Strong Alumni body (Very well placed alumni)
- Strategically favorable location.
Academic
Strengths:
- Competent faculty
- Curriculum development (In house publication) -Very scientific and practical
- Graded learning integrating learning, thematic learning.
- Effective communication skills & writing ability.
- Ability to connect with students, colleagues & parents.
- Ability of multi-tasking.
- Balanced blend of strictness & leniency.
- Hardworking, sincerity, commitment, responsible.
- Ability to work as a team. Pro-active.
- Exploring the potential of the teachers & delegating responsibilities accordingly.
Weaknesses:
- Unable to say 'NO' to any task in spite of time constraint or workload
- Expecting quick results.
- Need for special educator/counsellor.
- Application of latest technology in terms of electronic media in the class-rooms.
- Lack of motivation and complacency in teachers.
- No incentive based programmes and in service training programs for teachers and no accountability in terms of performance except ACR.
- Large number of students in one class affecting the teacher-student ratio in terms of individual attention, instructions, experimentation and feed-back.
- Inadequate collaboration with foreign schools to ensure global enrichment.
- Transportation facility (high time to stop migration of good students/parents).
- Academic Audit by Central Office could not take place regularly & teacher's ACP.
Opportunities:
- The location & area of the school Is important
- Ample provision for expansion.
- A vast Parent body to pool-in terms of resource and support.
- A vast & well-placed alumni across the country & abroad.
- The well-stocked library to include e-books.
- Faced with challenges, teachers gain the experiences to deal with learning opportunities and grow in the process. They also practice freedom in selecting learning experience and are able to choose teaching methodology as there are no stringent boundaries.
- Opportunities in terms of ISA and connecting class room programmes for global environment and collaboration to develop global citizenship.
Threats:
- Frequent changing of the teachers or staff.
- Mushrooming of schools with five star, state of the art facilities and optimum teacher student ratio.
- With increasing in-service teaching training programmes offered in other institutions- there is a threat of stagnation.
- Threat of other lucrative job offers to teachers.
- Threat of shift in profession.
- Threat of adapting to the changing teaching-learning strategies listed in NCF & world-wide.
- Over ambitious and over-demanding parents questioning accountability & quality inputs by the school.
- Extended timings of teacher resulting in work-home imbalance and anxiety.
