कॉमन-लॉ एडमिशन टेस्ट (CLAT) 

कॉमन-लॉ एडमिशन टेस्ट (CLAT) में सफलता हासिल कर छात्र देश के 22 नेशनल लॉ यूनिवर्सिटी में लॉ के UG (Under Graduate) और PG (Post Graduate) प्रोग्राम में दाखिला ले सकते हैं। दोस्तों , अगर आप देश की किसी प्रतिष्ठित नेशनल लॉ यूनिवर्सिटी से लॉ की स्टडी करना चाहते हैं, तो आप आवेदन प्रक्रिया को पूरा कर क्लैट की तैयारी शुरू कर सकते हैं।

UG और PG दोनों लॉ में प्रवेश के लिए आयोजित किया जाता है। CLAT - UG पेपर 150 अंकों का होगा। कुल 150 MCQ प्रश्न होंगे, और गलत उत्तर के प्रति नकारात्मक 0.25 अंक होगा। दूसरी ओर, पीजी पेपर में एक ही पैटर्न होगा, लेकिन सवाल MCQ और सब्जेक्टिव भी होगा।

CLAT पिछले साल के प्रश्न पत्र कई मायनों में फायदेमंद हैं। उम्मीदवारों को पैटर्न, अंकन योजना, पैटर्न में नवीनतम बदलाव, पूछे जाने वाले विषयों की महत्व, और बहुत कुछ जानने को मिलता है। इसलिए पिछले वर्ष के प्रश्न पत्रों को हल करना आवश्यक है।

मॉक टेस्ट का अभ्यास हर रोज करें :

तैयारी की सामग्री जितनी अधिक होगी, उतना ही अच्छा है। CLAT मॉक टेस्ट परीक्षा की तैयारी के लिए एक और सर्वोत्तम संसाधन है। ये ऑनलाइन और ऑफलाइन उपलब्ध हैं। उम्मीदवार गति बढ़ाना चाहते हैं और सटीकता को दैनिक, अनुभागवार और पूर्ण रूप से हल करना चाहिए।

सामान्य ज्ञान अनुभाग महत्वपूर्ण है:

GK अनुभाग का बड़े पैमाने पर अध्ययन किया जाना चाहिए। जितना संभव हो उतना जानें क्योंकि इस अनुभाग में पूरी तरह से अप्रत्याशित प्रश्न शामिल हैं। स्थिर और साथ ही वर्तमान GK प्रश्नों को कवर करें। हाल की घटनाओं या वर्तमान मामलों के साथ रहने के लिए दैनिक समाचार पत्र पढ़ें।

CLAT 2021 13 जून, 2021 को आयोजित किया जाएगा। कानूनी न्याय और कानून के करियर का रास्ता अपनाने के इच्छुक उम्मीदवार CLAT के लिए उपस्थित हो सकते हैं। परीक्षा एनएलयू दिल्ली को छोड़कर, राष्ट्रीय विधि विश्वविद्यालयों द्वारा प्रस्तावित यूजी / पीजी कानून पाठ्यक्रमों में प्रवेश के लिए आयोजित की जाती है।

CLAT 2021 का आवेदन फॉर्म consortiumofnlus.ac.in पर ऑनलाइन उपलब्ध है। आवेदन पत्र जमा करने की अंतिम तिथि 31 मार्च है।

ऐसे लंबे प्रश्न हैं जिनके लिए त्वरित समझ की आवश्यकता होती है। इसलिए, हर दिन पढ़ने के कौशल का अभ्यास करें।

सीएलएटी में, उच्च तर्क महत्वपूर्ण तर्क, समझ आधारित आरसी, मार्ग-आधारित जीके प्रश्न और डीआई मामले की अनुमति देता है। इसलिए आपको प्रत्येक सेक्शन से इस प्रकार के प्रश्नों को लेकर सहज होना चाहिए।

Students can enroll in the UG (Under Graduate) and PG (Post Graduate) programs of law at 22 National Law Universities in the country by achieving success in the Common-Law Admission Test (CLAT). Friends, if you want to study law from a reputed national law university in the country, then you can start preparing for CLAT by completing the application process.

The Common-Law Admission Test (CLAT) is held for both UG and PG admission in Law. The CLAT UG paper will be of 150 marks. There will be a total of 150 MCQ questions, and the negative marking per the wrong answer will be 0.25 marks. On the other hand, the PG paper will have the same pattern, but the question will be MCQ and subjective as well.

Some preparation tips for the CLAT exam

Previous year question papers: 

CLAT previous year question papers are beneficial in many ways. Candidates get to know the pattern, the marking scheme, latest changes in the pattern, weightage of the topics asked, and more. Therefore solving previous year question papers is a must.

Mock tests practice everyday: 

The more the preparation material, the better it is. CLAT mock test are another best resource to prepare for the exam. These are available online and offline. Candidates want to increase speed and accuracy must solve it daily, section wise and complete.

General Knowledge section is important: 

The GK section must be studied extensively. Learn as much as you can because this section includes completely unexpected questions. Cover the static as well as the current GK questions. Read the newspaper daily to stay up to date with recent events or current affairs.

CLAT 2021 will be held on June 13, 2021. The aspirants who wish to take up the career path of legal justice and law may appear for the CLAT. The exam is held for admission in the UG / PG law courses offered by National Law Universities, except for NLU Delhi.

The application form of CLAT 2021 is available online at consortiumofnlus.ac.in. The last date to submit the application form is March 31.

There are long questions that require quick comprehension. Therefore, practice reading skills every day.

In CLAT, high emphasis is on critical reasoning, comprehension based RC, passage-based GK questions & DI case lets. Therefore you must be comfortable with these types of questions from each section.
