Friends, 10 or 12 years ago, there was no place where there is no PCO (A Public Call Office (PCO) is a telephone facility located in a public place in India). Then when the mobile phone arrived in everyone's pocket, then the PCOs started to stop .. 
 
Then all those PCOs started selling the recharge or recharge coupon of the phone. Now the recharge is also going on-line. 
 
Have you ever noticed ..? Nowadays, every third shop in the market nowadays has mobile phones. sale, service, recharge, accessories, repair, maintenance.
 
Now everything is done with Paytm .. Now people have started booking railway tickets from their phones too. Now money transactions are also changing .. Currency note was replaced by Plastic Money earlier and now it has gone digital. Is a transaction. 
 
The world is changing very fast .. Keep the eyes and ears open or else you will be left behind...! In 1998, there were 1,70,000 employees working at Kodak company and they sold 85% of the world's photo paper..In a few years, digital photography drove them out of the market. Kodak went bankrupt and all their employees came on the road. You know that in the coming 10 years, the world will change completely and 70 to 90% of the industries running today will be shut down.

As you know,  Uber/Ola is just a software. Despite not having a single car of his own, he is the largest taxi company in the world.
 
In similarly,  Airbnb is the world's largest hotel company, even though they do not have a hotel of their own. There is no work left for young lawyers in the US now, because IBM Watson software gives better legal advice in a moment.

In the next 10 years, 90% of the cars will disappear from the roads around the world. Those who will survive will be either Electric Cars or Hybrid… Roads will be empty, Petrol consumption will decrease by 90%, all Arab countries will go bankrupt.  You will get a car from a software like Uber and in a few moments a driver-less car will be standing at your door. If you share it with someone, then that ride will be cheaper than your bike. 99% accidents will be stopped due to cars being driver-less. This will close the business called Car Insurance. No employment like driver will be left on the earth. When 90% of the cars disappear from the cities and roads, then problems like traffic and parking will automatically disappear. because a car will be equal to 20 cars today.Prepare to change over time.
 
Otherwise, NOKIA (Mobile), RAJDOOT (Bike), AMBASDOR (Car), HMT (Watch), BAJAJ (Scooter) DYNORA (TV), MURPHY (Radio)... ?? Friends... There was no shortage in the quality of all of them yet they were out of the market. ! The reason ... did not change over time. !! 
 
Therefore… Individuals should keep changing their business and their nature as well over time. !! Move with time and succeed. Change is the law of nature, keep learning and keep going.
